01. Online Submission
Abstract submissions begin on March 2, 2026 and close on July 17th, 2026 at midnight EST. Notifications will be sent no later than August 7, 2026.
Please note that a limited number of high impact abstracts will be selected from late abstract submissions by the Scientific Committee.

02. Attach Documents

03. Limits
Abstracts should be limited to 500 words. The word count limit applies only to the content of the abstract. The title, authors, and affiliations do not count toward the word limit. There is no limit to the number of authors. Tables, graphics, or exhibits also do not count toward the word limit.

06. IWMF YIA Award Grant
The International Waldenstrom's Macroglobulinemia Foundation (IWMF) has sponsored Young/Junior Investigator Award (YIA) travel/registration grants to twenty (20) abstracts selected by the Abstract Committee. This award is given to those who have been chosen based on the submitted outstanding research for Waldenstrom's macroglobulinemia. When submitting your abstract, please check the box to be considered for the YIA grant.
